Xtreme Lash Extensions

Lash extensions are the answer for longer, fuller, and beautiful lashes. The lash extensions are applied with safe products and techniques and are applied to each individual lash. They are a semi-permanent solution and are fully customizable to each and every individual needs. We offer different lash extension styles to ensure we are accommodating many desired lash looks. Being semi-permanent, the lash extensions will need to be maintained every 2-3 weeks to keep the lashes full and healthy. Lash appointments are not only to maintain the lash extensions but have also been found to be a very relaxing process.

The Gua Sha Ritual

Gua Sha is an ancient TCM technique that utilizes natural gemstones to support healthy skin function & deep healing- where we bring about a fundamental change in the skin by clearing blockages, creating space and movement in the underlying structures. Gua sha promotes lymphatic drainage, increases blood circulation, improves texture, lifts, & contours. This ritual includes deep cleansing, massage, Gua sha techniques on face, neck, & décolletage, exfoliation, mask, and serums. This service is paired with plant-powered botanical skincare from Apoterra and Live Botanical. Recommended every 2-4 weeks for optimal results.

The Sculpting Ritual

This transformative facial is unlike any facial you'll ever experience. Being primarily massage- we intuitively use movements that sculpt, lift, smooth and relax the facial muscles. Using intentional massage techniques, we are able to melt tension from the face, neck and shoulders- releasing you of any emotional and physical stress. A Buccal massage (intra-oral) is also performed which is a technique that releases tension from the face and inside the jaw- a great option for someone who suffers TMJ or teeth grinding. This treatment improves blood circulation, stimulates collagen production, and promotes lymphatic drainage- leaving you with a radiant lifted complexion. I am a holistic esthetician, a lash artist, and an energetic healer. I have almost a decade of experience in the beauty industry and have evolved so much in my work over the years. In the past, I struggled with chronic stress, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances- all of which reflected on my skin. Throughout my career and through my own personal struggles, I grew very passionate about the mind, body, and spirit connection to our skin and health. I knew that I needed to channel this energy into something beautiful and that is how Aura Beauty was created. I believe my experiences have paved the path for me to share my journey with others- that it is possible to heal from within.
As a holistic esthetician, I believe that the best treatment for healing the skin is with a more holistic approach- treating the mind, body, and skin as one. Over the years, my services have slowly shifted into being focused on healing the nervous system - no matter what type of service you are receiving I do my best to ensure your experience feels safe and relaxing. This is why I've incorporated gentle but effective modalities to my skincare services that consider inner wellness too. The fastest way to reach us is to call or text (865) 850-5480 during normal business hours Monday-Friday. You may also email us: aurabeautyknox@gmail.com . We do our best to respond to Instagram messages, texts, calls & emails ASAP, but please allow a 1-2 day turnaround time for all messages.
What is the best way to contact you?
We work with a combination of effective, plant-based, and cruelty-free products, suitable for all skin types. Primarily, we use Live Botanical and Apoterra. All of the products we work with are acne-safe. We sell Live Botanical in the shop and offer our discount code- aurabeauty15 for clients to shop Apoterra!
What kind of products do you use in your facial treatments?
Please avoid picking at your skin, at-home dermaplaning, tanning beds, sunburns and retinol use for 1 week beforehand. Please allow 2-3 weeks between Botox/filler and your facial, and 4-6 weeks between laser treatments and your facial. Preferably, come makeup-free, but don’t stress on cleansing your skin before you come-we can do this for you.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my facial?
We recommend every 4-6 weeks, depending on the results you are trying to achieve. Skin health is just one of the many benefits of receiving regular facials, along with stress relief, relaxation of the parasympathetic nervous system, deepening your connection to your body and your self, soul healing and an energetic reset.
How often should I be getting facials?
Of course! All of our offerings are pregnancy-safe. Facials are most definitely pregnancy-safe as they are massage focused, nervous system relaxing and tension relieving. Lash extensions and waxing services are also safe for pregnancy-however if you have more concerns surrounding this- please reach out to us!
Are your services safe for pregnancy?How often should I be getting facials?
Please come with no eye makeup-preferably face makeup too. If not, don't stress but you may be asked to remove it with a face wipe upon arrival. Try to avoid caffeine before your appointment to avoid restlessness or fluttery eyes during your session.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my lash extension appointment?
Yes, we kindly ask that you give a 24 hr notice if you are needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Not doing so results in the initial appointment time being lost and will likely result in a loss of time, income, and potential clients. If you are experiencing an emergency situation please reach out ASAP. No shows are not tolerated and you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Multiple no-show clients will no longer have access to book future appointments.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I am located in the Homberg Building behind Lululemon and Anthropology. My suite is accessible from any entrance around the building, but entrances C and D will be quickest to my suite. A generous amount of parking is available around the building as well. Still having trouble? Call or txt us!
